Our three brands offer the ideal basis for new construction projects or for the conversion of used properties and incorporation of existing hotels and resorts. The focus is on Germany, Switzerland and Austria

As one of the leading hotel operators in Europe, we offer our customers a diverse selection of locations, including city centers, beach resorts and rural retreats. Our hotels are renowned for their high quality, excellent service and first-class facilities.

We want to continue to grow and are always on the lookout for new locations in German-speaking countries.

The focus is on major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, but also Hanover, Kiel, Bremen and Nuremberg. Interesting locations can also be regional and medium-sized centers with more than 100,000 inhabitants, for example in conurbations such as the Ruhr area, the Rhine-Main region or Bavaria. For our resort hotels, we are looking for attractive vacation destinations in seaside or mountain locations, as well as coastal hotels.
